Dual-Excellence Party Member Post | Showcase Identity to Set a Benchmark, Uphold Commitments to Lead the Way

To deepen the construction of the “Fuxin Daoqiang” Party-building brand of the Wuchan Daofu Party Branch, forge a new pattern for Party building in state-owned enterprises, and further stimulate the initiative, enthusiasm, and creativity of the broad ranks of Party members and cadres, the branch has launched the “Dual-Excellent Party Member Posts” initiative, calling on Party members to publicly identify themselves, set exemplary benchmarks, honor their commitments, and take the lead. The aim is to select and publicize a group of Party members who excel in political integrity and work performance, thereby guiding all Party members to stay committed to their respective posts, fully leverage their role as pioneers and models, and spearhead efforts to unite the broader contingent of cadres and employees in driving the company’s high-quality development with a vigorous and enterprising spirit.
Following the launch of the “Dual-Excellence Party Member Post” initiative and selection process by the Party Branch of Wuchan Daofu, a series of procedures—including self-nomination by party members, employee recommendations, departmental nominations, and preliminary review by the branch committee—were carried out. After deliberation by the branch committee, 12 party members were ultimately designated to hold the 2024 “Dual-Excellence Party Member Posts.”
On June 12, the Party branch held a ceremony for signing the Commitment Letter for the “Dual-Excellence Party Member Post.” The letter sets forth requirements for dual-excellence party members to take the lead as role models and fulfill their duties conscientiously in six areas: enhancing ideological awareness, striving for outstanding achievements, strengthening study, observing discipline and laws, serving party members and the general public, and maintaining integrity and clean conduct. Participants solemnly signed the commitment letter, thereby affirming their responsibility and commitment to serving in the “Dual-Excellence Party Member Post.”
At the meeting, Comrade Qu Yinyan, the discipline inspection committee member of the Party branch, emphasized that, as outstanding Party members selected from among the best, all attendees should set an example in their future work and daily life and fully embody the principle of “one Party member, one banner.”
Following the meeting, the “Dual-Excellent” Party members updated their nameplates. The new nameplates were uniformly produced by the Party branch and bear the Party emblem along with the words “Dual-Excellent Party Member Post,” serving to remind these members to always keep their Party identity firmly in mind, honor their commitments, take the lead, and set an example. This initiative aims to inspire all Party members, cadres, and employees of the company to cultivate a sense of alignment with role models, identify gaps by benchmarking against the advanced, strive to be pioneers in their respective positions, and foster a strong atmosphere of “learning from and striving to be among the best,” thereby driving high-quality development across all aspects of the company’s work.
