To further strengthen the management of confidentiality in state-owned enterprises, solidify awareness of confidentiality and security, and enhance the capacity for preventing and mitigating risks in confidentiality work, the Party Branch of Wuchan Daofu has organized successive specialized training sessions on confidentiality and security education for members of the Party Branch Committee, heads of various departments, and newly hired employees. 
The confidentiality training was delivered as a special lecture by Qu Yinyan, the discipline inspection committee member of the Party branch of Wuchan Daofu. Through an in-depth analysis of specific cases, he identified the weak links in confidentiality management and put forward three targeted countermeasures and recommendations. He pointed out that state-owned enterprises, with their multi-tiered structure, wide geographical distribution, large workforce, and complex organizational makeup, face numerous risks and potential hazards in areas such as the transmission and implementation of superior directives, the management of personnel handling classified information, the management of classified documents, and the confidentiality management of classified projects. All colleagues across business and functional lines must cultivate a strong awareness of confidentiality and develop good confidentiality habits in their daily work. 
Trainees stated that they would take this training as an opportunity to continuously enhance their capabilities and competence in confidentiality work. Moving forward, they will steadfastly raise their awareness of confidentiality, rigorously comply with the company’s confidentiality policies, and remain constantly vigilant about maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
