Work Start | Lion Dance & Eye-Dotting Ceremony Marks Auspicious Beginning

To celebrate the first workday after the Lunar New Year, Dao Fortune Co., Ltd. held an event on the morning of February 24th, featuring a lively traditional lion dance.

 



 

The event kicked off with the eye-dotting ceremony, where General Manager Mr. Yuan awakened the lions with a brush—symbolizing vitality and good fortune for the year ahead. This was followed by the "picking the greens" ritual. The lions leaped to retrieve lettuce, which represents wealth, and presented it to Mr. Yuan. He then tossed it into the crowd, wishing everyone prosperity.



To conclude, the lions displayed blessing couplets and paraded through the office to spread good luck. Colleagues touched the lions for good fortune and exchanged New Year greetings over refreshments.

With the lions awakened and spirits high, the Dao Fortune team is ready to write a new chapter for the company.
