As spring arrives with its warming breeze, Zhejiang Materials Zenta Corporation's labor union thoughtfully organized a celebration on the afternoon of March 6th. This event, held in honor of the 116th International Women's Day, aimed to enrich the spiritual and cultural lives of our female employees, fostering a warm, harmonious, and uplifting festive atmosphere while extending early holiday greetings to all the women in our company.

The event began with the company presenting each female employee with an exquisite blind box and a selection of delicious afternoon tea treats. Amidst laughter and cheerful conversation, everyone embarked on their special day's celebration in a relaxed and joyful ambiance.
The afternoon's main activity followed – a hands-on succulent terrarium workshop themed "A World in a Ball: Miniature Fairy Tales." Guided by a professional instructor, the participants transformed into "miniature landscape designers." They learned to identify different succulent varieties, gathered care tips, and then progressed to layering soil, planting, and decorating, meticulously condensing their imagined fairy tale worlds within a glass sphere.
With adorable succulents like Bear's Paw, Graptopetalum 'Mirinae', Echeveria 'Blue Bird', and Sedum 'Golden Glow' at their fingertips, combined with delicate moss, blue sand, and tiny decorative figures, the women's skilled hands gradually brought to life vibrant and imaginative miniature scenes. Some created their own "serene gardens," while others recreated cherished storybook memories. Each unique terrarium held a personal story and emotion. "This is my first time making a terrarium, and it feels so therapeutic!" shared one participant. Another remarked, "Looking at this little world I built with my own hands instantly lifts my spirits." The venue buzzed with mutual appreciation for each other's creations, exchanged tips, and continuous laughter, creating a warm and lively atmosphere.
This event not only allowed our female colleagues to relax and discover the joy of crafting but also significantly strengthened team cohesion and a sense of belonging.
