Dao Fortune Co., Ltd. 2026 Work Conference Convened: Gather Strength in the Ordinary, Forge a New Chapter of Steady Development


To comprehensively review the achievements of 2025 and systematically outline key tasks for 2026, Dao Fortune Co., Ltd. held its 2026 Work Conference on the afternoon of February 11. The meeting was attended by General Manager Yuan Wenjiong, other company leaders, and all Dao Fortune employees.


01 Go All Out, Strive for Excellence
The conference opened with an awards ceremony recognizing the outstanding teams and individuals who distinguished themselves in 2025. This recognition not only celebrated past accomplishments but also inspired all employees to follow the example of these role models, forge ahead with determination, and contribute more to the company’s sustained and stable growth.

 

02 Work Together, Steadfastly Advance
During the session, several employee representatives shared their work experiences and personal growth insights, reflecting a positive, innovative, and learning-oriented team spirit. The 2026 Target Responsibility Agreement Signing Ceremony followed, where business departments and their supervising leaders formally signed the agreements, setting clear performance goals and development directions for the new year.
Heads of the Treasury Department and the Operations & Risk Control Department respectively delivered work reports, providing a comprehensive review of achievements and shortcomings in their areas, while also outlining future objectives and plans.

 

03 Review, Plan, and Write a New Chapter  

Deputy General Manager and Trade Union Chairman Tang Guoyin, along with Deputy General Manager and Party Branch Secretary Zhou Na, delivered in-depth reports on their respective business segments. While summarizing past work, they also laid out clear plans for the year ahead, deploying key tasks for 2026 in response to evolving circumstances.

In his keynote speech, General Manager Yuan reviewed the past year, noting that despite a complex and volatile macro environment and intensified industry competition, the company team faced challenges head‑on and maintained steady operations. Under pressure, the team’s cohesion and professional capabilities strengthened, revealing a resilient character of “gathering strength in the ordinary.” Yuan pointed out that the company still faces shortcomings in areas such as business structure, profit models, and talent reserves, and must proactively seek change. Moving forward, the company will intensify talent recruitment, incubate new business units, and optimize resource allocation. International business must accelerate the development of key regional markets and upgrade service capabilities, while functional departments should shift from basic management to business empowerment, comprehensively enhancing organizational efficiency and risk control levels. He emphasized that change is essential for development. All colleagues must unite around shared goals, confront challenges with concrete action, continue to consolidate the company’s foundation, and work together to forge a more stable and sustainable development path for Dao Fortune Co., Ltd.
