On October 29, the Party Branch of Wuchan Daofu, the Party General Branch of the Ocean Business Department of COSCO Bulk Shipping Co., Ltd., and the Party Committee of East China COSCO Bulk Shipping Co., Ltd. held a tripartite party-building co-construction event in Shanghai titled “Party Building Unites Strength, Cooperation Creates Brilliance.” Yuan Wenjiong, Co-Chairman and General Manager of the company, and Chen Xinchuan, Director and General Manager of COSCO Bulk Shipping, attended the event and witnessed the signing of the agreement. Zhou Na, Secretary of the Party Branch of Wuchan Daofu and Deputy General Manager, Li Zhen, General Manager of the Ocean Business Department of COSCO Bulk Shipping, and Xiao Song, Secretary of the Party Committee of East China COSCO Bulk Shipping, signed the party-building co-construction agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

During the signing ceremony, the three parties shared and exchanged insights into their respective practices in Party building, with a particular focus on implementing joint Party-building initiatives and fostering deep integration between Party work and business development. They candidly shared their experiences and best practices, learning from one another, drawing on each other’s strengths, and mutually reinforcing each other’s efforts, thereby achieving the goal of enhanced exchange and improvement. At the same time, guided by Party building, the three parties aligned their future business cooperation needs and reached a consensus on further expanding the scope of collaboration, enriching its content, and jointly establishing a long-term, mutually beneficial partnership. Taking this joint Party-building initiative as an opportunity, the three parties will further consolidate the foundation of their cooperation, strengthen communication and exchanges, and actively explore effective approaches and methods for joint organizational development, interactive engagement among Party members, mutual support in work, resource sharing, and shared learning from experience, with the ultimate aim of achieving “joint Party building and collaborative progress.”

Following the signing ceremony of the joint construction agreement, the three parties jointly held their inaugural themed Party Day event, during which they visited the National Anthem Exhibition Hall. Together, they immersed themselves in the profound red cultural heritage spanning a century of the Communist Party of China, thereby reinforcing their resolve to move forward in unison under the framework of this collaborative initiative.
