Dao Fortune Co., Ltd. organized its employees to go to the elegant and beautiful Xianghu Lake on May 11th to carry out fun challenges and passionate dragon boat races. In the process of the fifth anniversary of Dao Fortune, everyone took the opportunity of team cooperation time and time again, bravely fought and left a profound witness to this moment.

01 Hiking in Xianghu Lake

At the beginning of the event on the morning of the 11th, the staff of Dao Fortune interacted and warmed up under the guidance of a professional coach, and formed groups on site to enhance mutual understanding and boost morale through ice breaking. Subsequently, Yuan Wenjiong, Chairman and General Manager of Dao Fortune, reviewed the company's development over the past five years, expressed gratitude for everyone's hard work, and encouraged everyone to work hard and make everything possible. He launched the morning's perseverance activity.

Subsequently, everyone embarked on a journey of 5.7 kilometers to overcome the challenges of Xianghu Lake.
Colleagues set off from the spacious and magnificent Chengshan Square, followed the designated route, and grouped together to complete team tasks based on the development history of Dao Fortune. Everyone cheered up their morale with a resounding voice in "Rising Waves of Sound", deepened their understanding of the company in "Dao Fortune Quiz", honed their cooperation skills in "Unity", expressed their good wishes for Dao Fortune's future in "Sound for You", and tested their spirit of teamwork and commitment in "Connecting the World". During this journey, everyone encouraged and worked hand in hand, fully demonstrating the cohesion and centripetal force of the team.
The Xianghu Trail is not only a physical competition, but also a spiritual challenge, which has made us more deeply realize the importance of teamwork.

02Dragon boat race

After lunch, we prepared ourselves for the exciting Xianghu Dragon Boat Race at the Aofan Yacht Club.

After the launching ceremony, the professional coach and helmsman carefully taught on the shore, and everyone mastered the basic skills of paddling and drummers. After multiple imitations of holding the oars and practicing in a complete and coherent manner, everyone has mastered the rhythm of the rowing movements, and the simulation on board has warmed up the excitement of the competition.
Each team quickly entered a state of readiness, preparing for the fierce dragon boat competition. The call for the start of the game sounded, the war drums shook the sky, and the team members devoted themselves wholeheartedly to the game. They fought hard, their movements were neat and uniform, and they worked together to move forward. The dragon boat marched at lightning speed like an arrow. The sound of each oar created layers of ripples, as if telling a story about bravery. The audience applauded and cheered for the contestants, and their enthusiasm and applause filled the entire field.

In the end, the two teams bravely took the lead and won the Wave Chasing Award and exquisite prizes.

Dragon boat racing is not only a sports competition, but also a concentrated manifestation of team spirit.
