Report on employee promotion carried out by Dao Fortune in 2023

The promotion report meeting is divided into two stages: individual employee job reporting and questioning by the evaluation team. Yuan Wenjiong, the general manager of the company, the supervisor/leader in charge of the promoted employee, and the responsible person of the department attended the meeting and served as the judge.

 

Employees mainly reported on their promotion based on their work performance and highlights of the current year, personal strengths and weaknesses, and post promotion work plans. The members of the promotion evaluation team would ask questions and make comments based on the promotion report and annual comprehensive performance.
