As the summer heat fades and autumn colors enter the picture, in order to celebrate the 39th Teachers' Day, Dao Fortune Co., Ltd. held a special event on the afternoon of September 8th, expressing sincere gratitude to all the company's teachers, training teachers, and other career guiders.
On campus, we are fortunate enough to receive the favor of our teachers to see the sun through the clouds of study and life; In the workplace, everyone can be a teacher, and everyone is a physical practitioner of corporate values. We are also fortunate to have met a group of unrequited guides and lecturers who tirelessly refine knowledge, hone courses, and empower training, not only promoting the business development of the enterprise, but also promoting the improvement of employees' professional abilities.
At the beginning of the event, Zhou Na, Deputy General Manager of Dao Fortune, delivered a speech, emphasizing that veterans training new employees is excellent tradition of the company. She thanked the training teachers and mentors for their careful guidance on the new force, and also placed high hopes on the new employees, hoping that they can live up to expectations and improve their own abilities.
01 Convey Gratitude through letters
As a newcomer to Dao Fortune, with the guidance of different teachers, one can quickly integrate, break through and improve.
In order to thank our teachers for their kindness, the company has prepared exquisite gift boxes for them, and the students have also expressed their gratitude through letters. Each letter is placed in an envelope, and the teachers themselves take it down and read it carefully.
02 Improve Coordination through games
Teachers use their professional knowledge and personal experience to inspire new employees to explore career paths and cooperate with each other in daily work.
In the second part, the employees pair up with the assistant teacher to participate in a two person challenge game. Before the game, they brainstorm to jointly come up with the winning secret; during the game, they collaborate and cooperate with each other to secure victory. In the event, not only is communication frequent, but the connection between teachers and apprentices also becomes closer.
03 Summary
This event has sparked a wave of gratitude to mentors within the company, promoting a culture of respecting teachers and cherishing their values.
Therefore, we hope that more mentors can cultivate more outstanding apprentices, and apprentices can also become mentors in the future, in order to promote the cultivation and growth of the talent team and provide solid talent support for the long-term and stable development of the company.
