In order to enhance team cohesion and allow newcomers to fully experience corporate culture and quickly integrate into the collective, Dao Fortune Co., Ltd. launched a unique outdoor quality-developed activity for new employees in Daqing Valley, Xihu District, Hangzhou on July 4th.

Accompanied by the cheers and laughter along the way, Dao Fortune's new members arrived at the picturesque Daqing Valley.

 

 

01 Breaking the Ice and Working Together

At the beginning of the activity, in order to help the new employees get to know each other better and integrate into the new environment more quickly, the coach randomly divided the groups and asked each team to use their brains to create a team name and slogans, and each group took turns showcasing. After a 15 minute group discussion, each team presented their unique team names and slogans - Dream Blue, Green Grassland, and Niuniu. In the process of continuous applause and laughter, everyone gradually broke the ice and became familiar with each other.

 

 

02 Brainstorming and Inspiring

At the end of the presentation session, we entered the "Rapid 60 Seconds" session. The team members dispersed their thinking and worked together within 60 seconds, submitting thirty cards in a numerical order of 1-30 to the coach. Everyone had a clear division of labor and worked closely together. In this process, the Dream Blue team repeatedly achieved good results and completed tasks quickly and steadily, boosting the morale of the opening game.

 

After the Blue Team won, Captain Liu Zhenxiong from the International Business Deparment II expressed his gratitude to all members of the Blue Team and analyzed their successful experiences. He hoped that everyone would maintain a spirit of unity and continue to work hard to move forward!

 

The next part is "dragon fetching water". Each team cooperated to retrieve bottled water at a specified time and distance. The members of the three teams gathered their ideas, enhancing the cohesion of the team and enhancing their collaborative ability.

 

Unity and collaboration are the core content of team building. Everyone enjoyed a unique lunch and rested indoors for a moment, and then began the afternoon's activity-building the tower jointly. The team members exerted their team wisdom, empowered each other, tried, adjusted, summarized, and ultimately made unified decisions, found a stable foundation, firmly connected each cup, and worked together to build the "Cup Tower" layer by layer.

 

"Studiousness Innovation Openness Inclusiveness Preciseness Aspiration Excellence" are the values advocated by Dao Fortune. In the "Magic Brush Ma Liang" section, each team member pulls the end of the red rope on the brush to collaborate on writing the company's values, enhancing team morale, stimulating full enthusiasm, and enhancing everyone's understanding of the company's core values. In this process, the writing work of the Niuniu team received unanimous praise from the coach.

 

03 Uniting like a fortress to win

The evening sun softened, and the little friends standing on the green field began the final round of the game - tug of war with all their might. "Team up in pairs of three, adjust your position, control your strength, grasp the rhythm, and work together!" For the honor of the team, some members have their hands scratched by ropes but still persisted in their own positions. All people exert themselves in the same direction. After two rounds of competition, the Niuniu team was unstoppable and won the final victory, as well as receiving exquisite prizes prepared by the company.

 

 

04 Voicing True Feelings

"I am lucky to have this opportunity to participate this activity with everyone. The biggest achievement today is to gradually get to know the teammates of 'Green Grassland', including their names and faces.
