Dao Fortune organised new employees to visit Deqing Sublimation Port for on-site study and study

On the afternoon of October 13, in order to promote new employees to further learn logistics knowledge and understand the on-site operation process of the port, the logistics department contacted the corresponding unit, and Chen Xinyi, manager of the logistics department, led the team to visit and learn from the sublimation port.
After arriving at Shenghua Port, Xie Chaoyi, assistant manager of the business department of Zhejiang Deqing Shenghua Linhang Logistics Co., Ltd., warmly received the visiting team and led the new employees to visit the Shenghua Logistics Pick-up and Acceptance Center.
Before entering the acceptance center, Manager Xie introduced the basic situation of the sublimation of Linhang Logistics Park to the new employees through the aerial view of the park, so that the new employees had a basic understanding of the park.
Afterwards, everyone moved to the reception center hall to visit. According to Manager Xie, this acceptance center is the place where freight drivers print bills of lading, and the center currently uses a self-service billing system, which greatly improves the billing efficiency compared with the traditional bill of lading process, brings great convenience to the pick-up driver, and answers the questions raised by the new employees.
Finally, in order to ensure the safety of the new employees and the logistics port, Manager Xie led the new employees to visit the inside of the logistics park by bus and experienced the operation equipment and operation mode of the logistics port and warehouse. The new employees also saw that the spirals, coils, bilets, round steel and other goods that they were dealing with at all times were neatly arranged in the yard and warehouse.
The arrival of new employees has injected fresh blood into the company's vigorous development, and this field visit and learning is an important part of the company's new employee training plan, so that the new employees have a more in-depth understanding and intuitive experience of the work of the company's logistics department. Brief introduction of the visit: Deqing Linhang Logistics Park is located in Leidian Town, Deqing County, Huzhou City, located in the northern suburbs of Hangzhou City, along the coast of the Hangzhou Lake Tin Line, close to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, Shenjiahu Hangzhou Expressway, 09 Provincial Highway, and interconnected with Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway, Hangzhou-Nanjing Expressway and Hangzhou Ring Expressway. The park plans a total area of about 3,750 acres, and strives to become a logistics park in the northern part of the Hangzhou Metropolitan Area featuring steel and industrial raw material logistics, which integrates international logistics, regional logistics and urban distribution logistics.
